Ingredients:
1 cup (or more if needed) KRAFT Parmesan Cheese
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (2 lb.)
1 or 2 eggs with a little milk,
3/4 cup spaghetti sauce
6 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, cut into 6 slices
Directions:
PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Dip chicken in egg , then in cheese mixture, turning over to evenly coat both sides.
PLACE in 15x10x1-inch baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.
BAKE 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Top each breast with 2 Tbsp. of the spaghetti sauce and 1 cheese slice. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve over Noodles (like penne pasta or spaghetti pasta,
You may also shred zucchini into long strips, lightly sautee in pan with butter and serve chicken and sauce over that,
